1. Who We Are

VYBE is a product of Quantix Intelligence, a company building AI-powered growth tools for creators and entrepreneurs.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to run VYBE:

·Email address and password (for your account)
·X (Twitter) handle (optional, for personalization)
·Tweets you paste into Voice Cloner (processed in real-time, not stored in readable form)
·Creator usernames you scan with DNA Scanner (stored so your scan history persists)
·Usage data — which features you use and when (for limits and analytics)
·Billing information (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card details)

3. How We Use Your Data

·To provide and improve VYBE features
·To enforce fair-use limits per plan
·To send you important account emails (no marketing without consent)
·To detect and prevent abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase

Database and authentication. Your account data is stored in Supabase (EU/US infrastructure). See their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Anthropic

AI content generation. When you use any VYBE AI feature, your prompt is sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not train on API data by default. See anthropic.com/privacy.

Lemon Squeezy

Payment processing. All billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your full card number. See lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, usage logs, and saved content within 30 days. Some billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at quantixintelligence@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

VYBE uses only functional cookies — specifically the session cookie required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of VYBE after changes constitutes acceptance.
