By creating a VYBE account, you agree to these Terms of Service. VYBE is operated by Quantix Intelligence (getquantix.com). If you do not agree, do not use VYBE.
VYBE is an AI-powered content tool that helps creators grow on X (Twitter). It generates reply suggestions, trend angles, creator analysis, voice-matched posts, and thread drafts. All AI output is for your review — you are responsible for what you post.
You agree not to use VYBE to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.
VYBE offers Free, Signal ($27/mo), Vybe ($67/mo), and Amplify ($197/mo) plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy.
Refund policy: We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if VYBE does not work as described. Email quantixintelligence@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge. No refunds after 7 days or for renewals.
We may change plan pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their price until they cancel and re-subscribe.
VYBE uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate content suggestions. You own any content you create using VYBE. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, virality, or fitness of AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding what to post.
VYBE, its design, and its code are owned by Quantix Intelligence. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission. Your account data and content you create remain yours.
VYBE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using VYBE will grow your following, generate leads, or achieve any specific result. Results depend entirely on your niche, content quality, and consistency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantix Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VYBE. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends immediately; no prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations except as described in section 4.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court.
